Are you an experienced finance or business professional ready to make a difference in your community? The Green Bay Water Utility is seeking a Business Manager to lead and optimize our financial and operational performance.
As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee Finance, Accounting, Billing, Customer Service, Metering, and Information Technology—ensuring the utility operates efficiently, transparently, and with exceptional service to our customers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• Seven to ten year’s progressively responsible experience in accounting and business management; three years in a departmental/management capacity.
• Customer care experience, business case analysis and Utility experience preferred.
A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., plus additional hours as required.

Hiring Range: $139,152 – $153,795 annually, plus an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement.
