    The City of Appleton is accepting applications for a full-time Purchasing Manager in the Finance department. This is a professional position responsible for managing centralized purchasing for a wide range of materials, supplies and equipment for the City including monitoring compliance by all departments with established policies and procedures. The incumbent works under the general direction of the Director of Finance.

    Qualifications:
    This position requires a degree in Business Administration/Public Administration or related field, Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certification, five to seven years progressively responsible purchasing experience, or combination of applicable experience and training.

    Salary:
    The salary range for this position is $56,825.60 – $85,238.40 annually, plus an excellent fringe benefits package.
