Job Summary: This position will direct the Village’s financial administration to include: the annual budget process, accounts payable and receivable, investment of Village funds, accounting, utility billing, development of financial internal controls and all financial reporting and budgeting, and tax collection and settlement. The selected candidate will serve under the general administrative direction of the Village Manager and function as a key member of the Village Leadership Team. The salary range for the position included in the proposed FY 2023 budget is $87,673 – $105,206.
Job Requirements: A Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, CPA, or CPFO certification is preferred. Minimum of three years experience in municipal finance and one year of supervisory experience is desired. Additional experience in municipal finance may suffice in lieu of accounting education background.
