Financial Specialist
Village of Belleville, WI
The Village of Belleville is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented professional to serve as a Financial Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Finance Department. Duties include accounts payable/receivable, utility billing, payroll, preparing various reports, reconciliation of bank accounts, and processing various financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and technical skills, above average math skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of governmental accounting and experience working in government is a plus. This position reports directly to the Finance Director/Treasurer.
