    The Purchasing & Accounts Payable Manager reports to the Director of Finance and directs the operations and processes of the business office to include procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing card functions.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 3 yrs. occupational experience
    OR
    Education in related field combined with related occupational experience totaling 7 yrs.
    OR
    Related Occupational experience totaling 7 yrs.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    5 years experience
    Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred.
