    Summary of Position: Oversee the daily operations of the college’s Cashier’s Office to include cashiering, organizational (third party) billing, student billing, collections, refunds (student and organizational), payment plans, tuition and fees and annual software updates. Work in conjunction with Business Services Office to ensure reconciliation of student financial activities to the general ledger. Troubleshoot student financial issues and resolve complex customer service issues.

    This is a hybrid eligible position that would allow for 1-2 days a week working from home after the training period.

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 3 yrs. occupational experience OR
    Education in related field combined with related occupational experience totaling 7 yrs. OR
    Related Occupational experience totaling 7 yrs.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    5 years’ experience
    Higher Education experience

    Starting annual salary range based on education and experience: $61,350 – $80,247
