    Sept. 18   Lead or React:  How are you piloting through these uncertain times?
    Communities have devoted all of their energy responding to the latest emergency orders and redirecting resources. Questions are coming from all angles: “What’s next?” and “Now what do I do?” How do we LEAD and reactive less?  Former Mayor Hanna will explain why TODAY is the time to be thinking and planning ahead…WAY AHEAD and the importance of being proactive verses reactive! 
     
    Sept 25  Diversity in the 21st Century:  Where do we go from here?
    Understanding and being able to navigate existing cultures in and around our communities and organizations is an important part of being a public leader. This session is designed for participants to identify existing organizational and ethnic cultures, ensure cultures are appropriately understood and honored, and safeguard that necessary diversity is maintained to ensure success.

    Oct 2   COVID, Social Justice & Community Resilience
    The capacity of organizations and individuals to be flexible, and to demonstrate a range of responses to adversity dramatically impacts their level of future success. This workshop is designed to provide participants with resiliency strategies to manage the overwhelming stress and anxiety that accompany the current social and political upheaval associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and national discourse of
    racial equity.
