    Fiscal, Recreation and Public Works Clerk – Hartland, Wisconsin in Waukesha County is seeking a creative, engaged and detail-oriented individual to serve in this customer service position. Full time, non- exempt position reporting jointly to the Finance, Recreation and Public Works Department Directors that is responsible for handling customer contacts for bill payments, registrations and other general inquiries; assisting with the financial activities of the Village including bookkeeping, accounts payable and billing; assisting with recreational activities of the Village including development of promotional pieces, registrations, and other activities; assisting with Village communications including newsletters and website maintenance. Minimum requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration, Accounting, Bookkeeping or related field plus three (3) years of administrative or customer service experience or a combination of experience and coursework to meet the qualifications. Successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and creativity, have excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, computers along with knowledge of basic publishing and website development tools.
