    The Village of Williams Bay is seeking a full-time Utility Clerk/Administrative Assistant. This position is 40 hours per week Monday – Friday and periodic Saturday hours.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the quarterly water billing, final water billings, tax certification, special assessment letters, setup of new water accounts, coordination with Public Works on meter changeouts, provide accounting assistance with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, cash handling, account reconciliation, general clerical duties, administrative support and friendly customer support. Applicants must have three years of related experience, possess strong multi-tasking ability, maintain strict confidentiality and have ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. An Associate Degree is preferred however, an equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered. Outstanding communication skills, excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license are required. Pay range between $18.00 – $23.00 depending on qualifications, and a generous benefit package including health and dental insurance, WRS Retirement eligibility and paid holiday and vacation days. All hires are contingent on passing a Criminal Background Check.
