Instructor:
Gary Olsen, former WGFOA President (2017-2018), brings over 30 years of experience in government finance and public administration. He has served in leadership roles including Senior Accountant for Shawano County, Finance/IT/HR Director for Langlade County, Village Administrator for Rothschild, and Executive Director of North Central Health Care. Recently retired from local government service, Gary now teaches Business and Public Administration at the College of Menominee Nation and Governmental Accounting for UW–Green Bay’s Clerk/Treasurer Institute. His instruction emphasizes practical application, compliance, and real‑world decision‑making in government finance.
