Call For WGFOA Winter Conference Speakers
The Wisconsin Government Finance Officers Association (WGFOA) invites proposals for presentations at the 2026 Winter Conference in the Wisconsin Dells. This year’s conference (themed “Accounting”) will focus on strengthening technical governmental accounting knowledge, improving compliance, and enhancing financial reporting practices across Wisconsin.
Target Audience: Municipal and county finance officers, comptrollers, treasurers, auditors, administrators, and related public sector accounting professionals across Wisconsin.
Proposal Submission Requirements:
- Session title and 2–3 paragraph description
- Speaker name(s), title, organization, and biography
- Clear learning objectives (2–3)
- Indication of session format (presentation, panel, interactive workshop)
- Confirmation of availability for December 3–4, 2026
