FINANCE DIRECTOR / TREASURER

THE DEPARTMENT AND THE POSITION
The Finance Department is responsible for purchasing & bids, accounting, customer billing & collections, payment processing, cash management, miscellaneous receivables, debt issuance, budget preparation, financial reporting, and financial forecast & analysis. The Village’s 2024 budget is $19,645,173.00 with 4 full-time equivalent finance employees that service 4 departments. The Finance Director/Treasurer reports to the Village Administrator and Village Board and collaborates with other Village department directors.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 DOQ. The hiring range is negotiable. A generous benefit and retirement package is also offered by the Village, including excellent medical benefits, participation in the Wisconsin Public Employee Retirement System (WRS), and more.
