Position Summary: This position assists the Finance Director and Deputy Finance Director in monitoring and maintaining the financial activities of the Town and Town-owned utilities. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries and financial statements, reviewing and monitoring financial transactions, supporting departmental budget activity, providing backup coverage for the Administrative Clerk, and performing a variety of accounting and financial functions.Full Position Description: A detailed position description and application are available on the Town of Grand Chute’s website, https://www.grandchutewi.gov/government/page/employment-opportunities/
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
Salary: The full wage range is $32.92 to $42.32 with expected hiring range between $32.92 to 37.62 depending on qualifications.
